Turnkey Install & Commissioning

IoT delivers complete on-site execution: surveys, procurement coordination, installation, configuration, commissioning, and documentation. We validate the system the way operators experience it: doors, cameras, sensors, network pathways, storage, and incident workflows as one integrated environment.

Built for ops: Config, alerts, and reporting aligned to real response workflows.
Install + commission: Installed correctly the first time, then validated end to end.
Reuse when possible: Leverage existing door hardware, panels, and pathways when it is smart.
Warranty-backed: Workmanship you can hold us to, and we stay engaged after go-live.
Why turnkey

Go-live should be boring.

The goal is not "installed." The goal is stable operations: correct coverage, clean audit trails, predictable performance, and workflows that match how your team responds.

Turnkey execution reduces project risk by making one team accountable for field reality: pathways, power, cabling, addressing, storage, retention, and operator experience.

And because we also support systems long-term, we make design and install decisions that help you later: updates, expansions, documentation, and change control.

No handoff. Support and evolution are built in.
Scope coverage

Security stack delivery, built as one system

We install and commission the components, then validate them as an operating environment (not isolated parts).

Access control

Panels, readers, locks, door contacts, schedules, clearance levels, badges/mobile credentials, and audit trails configured to match onboarding, offboarding, and daily operations.

Command & workflows

Alarm routing, integrations, and operator actions aligned to SOPs so events drive the right views, the right doors, and the right notifications quickly.

Perimeter security (PIDS)

Perimeter sensors, zoning, alarm rules, and camera handoffs designed for real response workflows, including nuisance reduction and operator clarity.

Video surveillance & analytics

Cameras, storage, retention, views, and permissions, plus AI analytics where needed, validated for coverage, performance, and investigative usability.
Delivery method

A phased plan that reduces disruption and increases confidence

Use this strip to explain how you move from discovery to delivery in a way that feels predictable and grounded.

Commission + test
Coverage checks, sensor and alarm validation, storage and retention verification, and failover/restore tests where applicable.
Install + configure
Deploy devices, connect the network and storage, apply standards, and build roles, zones, and schedules.
Procure + stage
Coordinate vendors and stage hardware and config so installation is predictable and repeatable.
Survey + validate
Confirm field conditions: pathways, power, network, ceilings, door hardware, and what can be reused safely.
Train + document
As-builts, clearance matrices, runbooks, and operator training so your team has a single source of truth.
Transition to ops
Move into managed services with monitoring, reporting, and change control, with no handoff gap.
Commissioning

Prove it works before you depend on it.

Commissioning is where installations become operational systems.

We validate performance the way it matters in production: event flow, visibility, audit trails, and response speed. This is where we catch issues that normally become "mystery problems" months later.

Typical acceptance checks include camera coverage and identification goals, door and reader behavior, alarm-to-action timing, storage and retention verification, and documented recovery steps.

Typical validation checklist
  • Alarm routing + operator actions (mapped to SOPs)
  • Coverage + blind-spot review (perimeter + video)
  • Documentation delivered + training completed
  • Door behavior + credential workflows (including revocation)
  • Storage/retention + playback performance
  • Update/rollback plan + backup/restore hygiene
