Biometric access control

Biometric readers that confirm who is at the door

We design, install, and support Suprema BioEntry fingerprint and face readers as part of a broader access control program, integrated with Genetec Security Center so enrollment, credentials, and door events live in one system.

Suprema, BioEntry, Genetec and Security Center are trademarks of their respective owners. We design and support solutions built on their platforms as part of a broader security environment.

How we engage
Door-by-door design, enrollment planning, and Genetec integration, then managed services to keep readers, templates, and users in sync over time.
What we're hired to fix
Shared or borrowed badges at sensitive doors, separate biometric databases nobody maintains, and enrollment that happens on paper.
Where it fits best
Labs, data centers, server rooms, pharmacies, vaults, and any controlled area where a badge alone is not enough.
Suprema BioEntry

Identity at the door, managed in the same system as your badges

Biometrics add the most value where it matters who walks through the door, not just which badge was presented.

The BioEntry line covers fingerprint and face recognition readers, including weather-rated models for outdoor doors, so the reader fits the opening and the environment.

With the Suprema plugin for Genetec Security Center, users are synchronized from Security Center, fingerprints and faces can be enrolled from it, and door events appear alongside the rest of your access control and video.

Outcomes we design for

From badge-only doors to verified identity

We treat biometrics as part of the access program: enroll, verify, grant, record, review.

Two-factor doors

Card plus fingerprint or face at sensitive doors, so a lost or shared badge does not open them.

Privacy and governance

Enrollment consent, template handling, and retention aligned to your privacy policies and the laws where you operate.

One user record

Cardholders, credentials, and biometric templates managed in Security Center, so onboarding and offboarding cover every door.

The right reader for each opening

Fingerprint or face, indoor or outdoor, mounting and power planned per door so readers perform in real conditions.

Integration & automation

Make biometric doors part of your access control system

BioEntry readers integrate with Genetec Security Center, so biometric door events show up in the same view your team trusts: cardholders, cameras, alarms, and reports.

The focus is speed and consistency. Operators see the same event structure every time, responders get the same escalation path, and leadership gets defensible after-action reporting.

What we validate

Design details that reduce noise and increase trust

Biometrics are sensitive. We validate enrollment, matching, and data handling before you rely on them.

Enrollment quality

Enrollment procedures and quality checks so people are recognized reliably on the first try.

Evidence & reporting

Bookmarks, snapshots, timelines, and reporting patterns designed for after-action review, compliance, and leadership updates.

Health monitoring

Reader status, network paths, and integration health checks so failures are visible immediately, not discovered at the door.

Playbooks + SOP alignment

Operator steps, escalation tiers, and notification targets aligned to real policies and response partners.

Design & engineering

Reader planning that fits every door

We plan biometric readers alongside cameras, door hardware, and controllers so every opening gets the right level of verification.

That includes floor-level and site-level drawings, device placement intent, and the network and power assumptions needed for reliable performance.

Managed for the long term

Testing, tuning, and lifecycle support so performance does not drift

Biometric systems are not "set it and forget it." People, doors, and policies change. We keep readers and users aligned through ongoing support, documentation, and operational ownership.

Documentation updates for playbooks, roles, and reporting

Periodic validation drills and escalation testing

Routine health checks for readers, network paths, and integrations

Upgrade planning so firmware and software changes do not break response

How we deliver Suprema BioEntry

A deployment path designed for speed, trust, and operational adoption

A predictable path from discovery to delivery, with clear checkpoints at every stage.

Door + reader design
Choose the reader and verification mode for each door, and plan mounting, power, and wiring.
Go-live + managed services
Train operators, publish playbooks, and keep performance stable through monitoring, testing, and lifecycle support.
Integration + validation
Integrate readers with Genetec Security Center, enroll users, and validate every door end to end.
Workflow + response mapping
Define which doors need biometrics, who enrolls people, and how templates are handled and retained.
